COVID-19 - Reliable information and resources

There is no denying that COVID-19 and the news surrounding the virus has completely taken over our world, both physically and digitally.

Everywhere we look, every news update we listen to and every time we hop onto social media we are bombarded with COVID-19 updates, opinions and quite often, one-sided misinformation.

What is important to remember here is that eventually, whether we’re resilient personalities or not, this information can start to affect the way we live as well as our mental state.

Our suggestion to you as you read through this blog comes from a place that has your best interests at heart, and that suggestion is; don’t believe everything you see or read.

There’s no guarantee that what you’re reading online is legitimate information collected from qualified and educated individuals.

To help alleviate some of the stress, uncertainty and angst that comes from this misinformation, what we’ve done for you is compiled a list of online, reputable sites and/or pages in which you can be sure that you’re receiving the most up to date, correct information about the Coronavirus.
